This notice is intended to clearly explain the nature and limitations of the OndoPay service. OndoPay is a transaction verification and clearing data matching infrastructure provider for digital platforms.
1Service Nature
OndoPay is verification infrastructure that supports transaction requests, user authentication, electronic signatures, transaction data verification, and status guidance. It is not a service that processes financial transactions themselves or manages user funds.
2Non-Custodial Principle
OndoPay does not directly receive, hold, or manage customer funds.
3Direct Transaction Structure
All financial transactions occur directly between users and Local Partners. Local Partner means the local account operator that processes platform users' deposits and withdrawals. OndoPay provides only verification and data matching functions for those transactions.
4Access Structure
Users may access the OndoPay service only through partner platforms. OndoPay is not an independent consumer financial service but a platform-integrated verification service.
5Reference Information and Status Guidance
Quantities, amounts, estimated reflection information, and status values displayed on the service screen may be reference information for verification and processing guidance and do not guarantee final confirmed values or profits. Transaction status may, for example, be displayed as verifying transaction, verification complete, or awaiting platform processing, and actual results may vary depending on platform policies, Local Partner processing, and verification outcomes.
