OndoPay – Clearing Infrastructure for Global Platforms

These terms explain the basic standards that apply to the use of ondopay.io and the OndoPay verification service. OndoPay provides transaction verification and data matching infrastructure and does not process financial transactions themselves.

1Scope

These terms apply to ondopay.io and related verification, legal notice, and customer support pages.

2Service Scope

OndoPay provides user identity verification, electronic signatures, transaction request confirmation, transaction data verification, and status guidance functions. The purpose of the service is to support transaction confirmation between users and Local Partners.

3Access and Use Restrictions

Users may access the OndoPay service only through partner platforms. Direct access or use as an independent consumer-facing service is not supported.

4Transaction Status Guidance

Transaction statuses shown on the service screen are informational guidance describing verification and processing progress. For example, they may be displayed as verifying transaction, verification complete, or awaiting platform processing, and may vary depending on platform policies and verification results.

5Limitation of Liability

OndoPay does not directly receive or hold customer funds. All financial transactions occur directly between users and Local Partners, and OndoPay provides only transaction verification and data matching functions. In this document, Local Partner means the local account operator that processes platform users' deposits and withdrawals.
